- Prices include applicable taxes/fees as displayed at checkout, unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be completed successfully for a booking to be confirmed.
- E-tickets are issued subject to airline confirmation and payment settlement.
3. Cancellations, changes & refunds
Airline fare rules govern cancellations, date changes, no-shows, and refunds. Service fees charged by RateCheck.travel (if any) may be non-refundable. Refund timelines depend on airline and payment provider processes.
4. User responsibilities
- Do not misuse the platform, attempt fraud, or create fake bookings.
- Ensure visa, passport, and entry requirements are met for your itinerary.
- Keep login credentials confidential if you create an account.
5. Limitation of liability
While we strive for accurate fares and schedules, airlines may change timings, aircraft, or prices. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RateCheck.travel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from airline operations, delays, cancellations, or force majeure events.
