Yes, and it is one of the more useful things we do. Inclusions sit on the rate itself, so a fare with bags and a fare without are not pretending to be the same thing. Compare properly and the real winner is often not the lowest number on the page.

Yes. Your e-ticket is issued immediately after your payment is confirmed and lands in your inbox along with your booking reference. In the rare event it has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder first, then email info@ratecheck.travel with your booking reference and we will chase it up straight away.

Sometimes, and it depends entirely on the fare. Airlines set those rules, not us. Whatever applies to your fare is shown before you confirm, so if flexibility matters on this trip, read the label before you book the cheapest thing on the page. Where a change is permitted, we charge a SGD 40 service fee per booking on top of the airline's own charges. Where the fare does not allow changes, there is no fee from us, because there is nothing for us to do.
