Payment:  Services: Sauna and whirlpool area, outdoor parking (subject to availability), bed linen hire (6€/person), bathroom linen hire (6€), TV rental (31€/week), indoor car park: 39€/week (subject to availability, prior reservation), end of stay cleaning on request (except for the kitchen, from 55€), fee-paying wifi (20€/week), baby equipment hire (25/week, subject to availability, prior reservation), pets admitted (34€/animal/week).

The apartments are fully equipped with kitchenette, micro-wave, 2 or 4 hotplates, dishwasher, coffee-maker, bathroom or shower and toilet. 1 room apartment for 4 people: living room with pull out sofa bed + bedroom with double bed. 2 room apartment for 6 people: living room with pull out sofa bed + bedroom for 2 + small bedroom with bunk beds.

It is mandatory to call the reception for communicate the time of arrival. Deposit (200€) and tourist tax to be paid at the arrival to the residence.

There are 70 apartments divided among 3 buildings of 4 storeys each one.
