The Resort is located in the Raa Atoll, in a pristine lagoon surrounded by an endless stretch of white sandy beach offering guests an unforgettable Maldivian resort experience. Situated by the beach in Raa Atoll Island, 2.5 km from Meedhoo Island and 153 km from Male Velana International Airport by seaplane. Price shown does NOT include arrival and return transfer, but is compulsory to book online Sunhotels POS,together with the hotel reservation. You are required to book the appropriate transfer and supply all the required transfer information. Hotel booking is not regarded as confirmed until the transfer booking has been completed.

Facilities and services include tennis court, gym, kids club, restaurant, bar, spa treatments (extra charge), table tennis, laundry service (extra charge) and lounge area. Beach villas feature bathroom, bathtub, coffee or tea maker, safe, wireless Internet access and TV. The Family Beach Villas also feature Jacuzzi. Pool beach villas feature private plunge pool. Ocean villas are over water and also feature balcony or terrace and private plunge pool. In case of choosing the option of "All inclusive Gold": The All Inclusive Gold-concept includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) and mealtime drinks such as soft drinks, beer, wine, water and alcoholic drinks, all of local & international brands. Drinks are served from morning until late evening (approx until 22.00-24.00 hrs). Opening times vary between different hotels. In certain hotels the activities program is also included. Please note that some of the above facilities may be closed due to weather / seasonal conditions. Please note that the hotel does not undertake responsibility for unsuitable weather conditions causing disruptions, delays, or cancellation of any transfers. Costs incurred due to the same will not be refundable in such cases. If guests cannot be transferred to (only) the resort from Malé, they will be relocated to the city. Transfer time duration is approximate and may change. Waiting time of up to three hours for seaplane transfers and may vary depending on weather conditions. During such times, guests will be accommodated at the Adaaran Lounge. In some cases, luggage may not be transported on the same flight transfer and may be forwarded on a later flight or via a speedboat. Please note transfers are conducted by a third-party supplier and the resort is not liable for loss or damages of any item. Guests may incur an additional charge for excess luggage. Transfer costs are subject to change without notice. Seaplanes fly between 06:00hrs to 16:00hrs. Guests arriving after 16:00hrs on any International flight and guests with departure flights leaving before 09:00hrs may have to stay the first and last night in Malé.
