Marbella is beautiful gated community surrounded by wooded conservation in the Davenport area of Orlando, each Home here is well-appointed and spacious, providing a perfect getaway base to explore all Orlando has to offer. Set in a convenient location just off US Highway 27 and close to a wealth of amenities, which includes shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the new leisure and retail complex of Posner Park, you'll be within easy reach of everything you need to make your Orlando self-catering holiday perfect. All of our Marbella villas have excellent facilities including a private screened pool with outdoor furniture. Inside, the lounge area has a TV with DVD player to enjoy quality family time. A house telephone is available to use, although there will be tariff charges. In addition to this all towels and linens are supplied for your convenience. Each villa contains an en suite bedroom with king- or queen-size bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to two people and may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s). Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $6 per day (capped at $126) by credit or debit card, at the Ocean Holidays Welcome Centre as part of the registration process.
