It has 5 km of fine sandy beach on which guests can sunbathe and admire the Medas Islands off the shore. It is very close to shops, supermarkets and other services. Thanks to its privileged setting, LEstartit offers a wide range of water sports, as well as many other leisure activities. Guests will find bars and shopping around 100 m from the hotel, while further nightlife options are around 1 km away. Links to the public transport network are located some 500 m from the hotel, while the nearest railway station is around 15 km away. The town of Girona is some 45 km away. Girona Airport is roughly 40 km from the property, while Barcelona International Airport is some 155 km away.

The property has a swimming pool with a childrens swimming area and a poolside snack bar. Golfers will find the Golf Emporda course around 8 km away (fees apply). The hotel also offers diving and horse riding (both for a fee). Sun loungers and parasols are available for hire (for a fee) on the nearby sandy beach.

The apartments accommodate either 4-5 or 6-7 people and comprise two or three twin bedrooms, a dining-living room with a sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen, a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, as well as a spacious terrace. The kitchen includes a fridge, cooker, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine and ironing set. The apartments also offer satellite/cable TV and a safe. A cleaning service takes place upon arrival. Prices include normal consumption of electricity, water and butane (if any). Bedding and linens are changed once per week.
